Austin Drop leaf table is the perfect to bring style into a small kitchen area. This piece is versatile it can be made smaller by dropping the one or both leafs or can be expanded to 47-inch to provide a larger dining area. Table measures 27-1/2-inch by 29-1/2-inch (expands to 47-1/4-inch ) by 29.12-inch H and is constructed of solid rubber wood. Requires some assembly.

Nice dark solid wood makes this table a value. My problem with it is that the way the extra leafs are held up, is really bad. We have a small place and purchases this for having guests over. My wife and I had to make a point of sitting at the ends that have the leaves, as even when I tried to modify the pieces that hold up the leaf, we had to be careful not to push to hard. Fortunately, I am a bit of a handyman, and I already have some ideas for better supports. Other hardware is great, and if you were'nt going to put any weight on the leaves, no problem. But, a think perhaps the poor design, is reflected in the low price. The dimensions of this table were perfect for our needs, and it took weeks to find one this size that was'nt a round table. I read poor reviews on other sites but took a risk since this table's size was perfect for my apartment. It arrived damaged -- the wood on one of the flimsy leaves was split and exposed. Even if that hadn't been the case, the leaves were extremely flimsy and didn't properly fit. Do not buy this table! Waste of time and a hassle to get it boxed back up and returned. This table looks fantastic and is the perfect size for our (NY-sized) apartment. We keep it folded in the corner most of the time and use it for a desk or 2-person meals. But the expansions are perfect for a larger group! We've gotten so many compliments on the finish and durability of it. Great buy!
